Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you receive an item that is not to your liking in some way, please know you are welcome to return it for store credit. You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Yarns must be returned in the original condition (not wound), from a non-smoking environment, and we are unable to accept returns of sale merchandise, Trunk show items, and special orders of gift certificates.

We do not refund the original shipping cost, nor do we pay for the return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns of sale merchandise, Trunk show items, and special orders of gift certificates.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Process
If you would like to return one or more items from your order…

  1.  Email us ( with your name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return.
  2.  Wait for our email confirmation with directions for shipping the item(s) back.
  3.  Ship the items as directed (you might consider insuring your return since we can only give you a .refund for items that actually arrive back to us safely).
  4.  We will email you a confirmation after we have processed your return and issued your credit, typically within 3 business days of receiving the return.
